Grease Release
OUR SERVICES
  1. Grease Trap Cleaning
We provide a thorough grease trap cleaning not just skimming.
We completely empty your trap, take out and clean baffles, clean the inlet and outlet of your trap, spray down the inside walls of the trap with water and flush water from the sink where possible. We will work with you to set up a weekly/monthly service schedule based on the levels in your trap and your requirements. We will arrange a schedule that suits your needs with the least disruption to your business. We can notify you of upcoming service dates by email, text message or phone message.
  2. Grate Cleaning
Let us take care of your grate cleaning.
Save a second service call, and have us clean your grates at the same time as your grease trap service. We offer a reduced rate if both services are performed at the same service call. We clean out all the material in your grates, and flush any remaining material into the trap so it can also be removed with the grease trap material.
  3. Trap Gasket Replacement
When your grease trap gasket needs replacing, give us a call.
Over time grease trap gaskets deteriorate and need to be replaced. The gasket provides a seal around the inside top of the lid which helps to keep odours and material leaking out of your trap. We remove the old gasket, clean the area and replace it with a fresh seal. At the same time we will also inspect the bolts on your trap to see if they also need replacing.
  4. Information on Municipal Bylaws
We will help you to be compliant with your local bylaws.
Grease trap cleaning bylaw requirements have been changing. Areas such as Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Barrie, Brantford, etc have bylaws in regards to % of FOG (grease, solid material) in traps and the frequency on how often traps need to be serviced. The traps can not be over 25% of FOG material, and are required to be serviced monthly or a maximum of 8 weeks (each bylaw varies). We provide all the required grease trap log documentation required by each municipality.
